Legacy Private Advisory is the private-client division of Hired Power, a nationally recognized recovery support organization with more than two decades of operational history at the intersection of behavioral health and high-stakes family systems.
What We Originated
Hired Power created the Personal Recovery Assistant designation, establishing recovery support as a formalized professional discipline at a time when the field had no recognized standard for what that role should look like, who should fill it, or how it should be structured. Before that designation existed, families and advisors navigating post-treatment recovery had no credentialed, accountable resource to turn to.
We built that infrastructure. We defined the training standards, the scope of practice, and the accountability structures that the role required. The Personal Recovery Assistant designation is now recognized across the recovery field and has been adopted as a reference point by treatment centers, legal practitioners, and advisory professionals worldwide.
